Rise Against Deliver Fall Dates With Alkaine Trio and Friends

After keeping us in suspense for two weeks, Rise Against have released their tour schedule for fall with Alkaline Trio, Thrice and Gaslight Anthem. Finally … a tour where every band is just as good as the next.

Rise Against will hit the road beginning October 2 in Cleveland, Ohio, in support of their fifth full-length, Appeal to Reason (due October 7). When I think of this tour, I imagine the biggest mosh pit … ever.

Earlier this year, the band released a digital EP titled This is Noise, which was a five-song collection of B-sides and cover songs.

Will you be attending the Rise Against tour? What should they name the tour itself? Discuss in the comments.

Video Premiere: Aiden’s ‘Cry Little Sister’ From Lost Boys: The Tribe Soundtrack

In 1987, the hit comedy-meets-horror film, The Lost Boys, made everyone afraid of teenage vampire gangs. 21 years later The Lost Boys are back with a killer sequel, Lost Boys: The Tribe, and an even killer soundtrack.

WiL Francis of Aiden has recreated G Tom Mac’s “Cry Little Sister” (from the original Lost Boys film), and Buzznet is proud to premiere the music video for the song.
